For additional information, you may call Pat at 717-303-1969. If Pat is home, he will answer your call in person. If he is not at home, you will receive a 45-second recorded message which will provide information about upcoming dances. If you desire to leave a message, just wait for the tone at the end of the message.

The facilities where the dances are held cannot tell you very much about the dance. So it is better to call us at 717-303-1969 then to call the place where the dance will be held.

Weather cancellations: Dances are sometimes (but rarely) cancelled due to weather. We have cancelled dances only when snow or ice conditions make travel unsafe. Decision on whether or not to cancel a dance are made at 4:00 p.m. on the date of the dance. You can call the number shown above after 4:00 p.m. to see if a dance has been cancelled. We will also send out an emergency e-newletter if a date is to be cancelled.
